Order Verification
All orders are subject to order verification. Failure to provide the correct information may cause a considerable delay in the processing and shipping of your order.
Service Area
We service Virginia and the adjacent states: West Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, and North Carolina. We will provide service to existing customers outside these areas whenever possible. Orders outside our service area will be cancelled and refunded.
Shipping
We use the carrier of our choice. We reserve the right to decline residential delivery in favor of delivery and hold at a USPS Post Office, UPS Store, or other approved UPS delivery site. In some cases, we may require an adult signature for delivery.
Terms of Fulfillment
All merchandise purchased through this website are F.O.B. (“Freight on Board”) at Diving Enterprises, Ltd. Title to the merchandise passes to you at the time of delivery by Diving Enterprises, Ltd. to a common carrier.
Out of Stock Items
If an item marked 'In-Stock' is out of stock, we will contact you for more information. You can cancel the order for a full refund or request to wait for the item to be re-stocked.
Return & Exchanges: You have 30 days from the date of invoice to return merchandise for full refund. Original shipping charges are not refunded. We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge a minimum 20% restocking fee if all conditions are not met.
All items must:
- Be in new, unused condition.
- Be in their original packaging. The UPC code must be intact and readable.
- Include: all parts included with the items, the packing materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, accessories, and any promotional or free items originally included.
- For refunds, Diving Enterprises, Ltd. will refund the original purchase price, excluding shipping if all conditions are met. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
- For exchanges, Diving Enterprises will only exchange for like items.
