Term of Fulfillment

All merchandise purchased through this website are F.O.B. (“Freight on Board”) at Diving Enterprises, Ltd. Title to the merchandise passes to you at the time of delivery by Diving Enterprises, Ltd. to a common carrier.

Out of Stock Items

If an item marked 'In-Stock' is out of stock, we will notify you and cancel the order.  You will receive a full refund of the price paid, including prorated shipping for the item.

Canceled Order

If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges.
